Crafted for character, this small-batch release utilizes high-tannin fruit fermented with French Rosé yeast to preserve floral notes while ensuring a crisp dryness. ​Maturation in medium-toast American oak adds a structural backbone of toasted spice and vanilla, softening the high alcohol heat. The result is a translucent, deep-gold cider with a sharp bite and a complex, oak-driven finish that lingers beautifully.
