Lindy-Lou is named in honour of my mother in the UK as a thank you for all the that she’s done for me.
Lindy-Lou is made from exceptional quality Auckland Merlot, Syrah, Arneis and Albarino, producing a sophisticated, pale pink, crisp, southern French style, bone dry Rosé.
Lindy-Lou has aromas of strawberries, raspberries, honeydew melon and a little touch of spice, which travels seemlessly on to the palate for a long finsh.
The crisp and clean acidity allows this Rosé to pair perfectly with tapas, seafood and light Thai dishes. But my favourite pairing is served chilled on a hot Kiwi summer day with family and friends. Enjoy X
